In the end, I'm afraid of running into counterfeit oil. And I refused to replace the windshield wiper blades. (When the time comes, I’ll change it myself.)

There were no questions that I came with my spare parts. But in the spare parts department, to which the acceptance master Andrey referred, there were clearly problems that day. It took a very long time to fill in the remaining spare parts, then when they filled in, it turned out that they had filled in ALL the spare parts (they didn’t take mine into account, although Andrey warned them several times over the phone in front of me). It took some time for them to correct the situation, but time kept passing... I reminded them about it. They confirmed that they will check mine. (They also said that Divers Motors even replaced some lucky ones with an automatic transmission under warranty.)

The car was taken away for the whole day. They promised to return it in the evening. During the day they called and said that the rear brake pads were critically worn. It was unpleasant to hear this. But what, since TO-72000 I did it almost before the New Year - I didn’t want to have to replace the brake pads during the holidays. I had to agree to a replacement. (I didn’t take the brake pads with me. I had to buy them from OD). As usual, they were tricked into replacing the brake pads along with the sensor (although the old one was still alive). I mentally referred to the “warranty” and wrote off the losses from the purchase of a new brake pad sensor.

By the way, the spare parts department made a mistake here too. The first time they called me and said that the front ones were worn out. True, during the conversation it turned out that this was a mistake - only. I'm a little worried about this kind of "bedlam" in the service.

I also addressed the problem of the rear cigarette lighters (in the trunk and for rear seat passengers). I wrote in the summer. I haven't done anything since then :). The problem was minor. But I remembered her. But when the servicemen checked that day, they said that everything was OK.. Everything works :) Miracles, and that’s all. Well, okay, I broke it myself, I earned it myself. I can’t believe it... But how many people believe in God. Although after that I did not check their performance :)

Having arrived at TO-72000, I wanted to save a little. I took pre-purchased auto parts. However, it didn’t work out to “save” as expected. I had to buy rear brake pads with a sensor. Moreover, I learned that since the summer, when I did the TO-60000, the cost of a standard hour at Divers Motors has changed. And not facing the client. Now:

I asked why they raised the price so quickly from 2000 to 2200 in less than six months? They said that it was even more expensive in Tolyatti. And many Togliatti residents go to Samara. (well, I didn’t check if this was true, I took my word for it.)

As a result, driving a TO-72 along with replacing the rear brake pads cost me 26161.49 rubles.

When checking the automatic transmission according to the service promotion, no problems with the automatic transmission were identified. There is no need to replace the automatic transmission. Well, thank God!

I also asked why, in addition to TO-72, there is another item - resetting the service interval in the work order. They explained that TO-72 required 5.1 n/h. But they separate TO-72 and interval reset into two positions: 4.9 and 0.2 n/h, respectively. Because different people do this.

I answered all the questions regarding my favorite car. Now, I hope no earlier than in six months or 12,000 km I will appear again at the official dealer. Moreover, the end of the warranty is approaching 🙁

If you subtract the extra fuss with pads and cigarette lighters, then the cost of TO-72 for me was 16,028.81 rubles. (by the way, when I called in advance, they quoted me around 30 thousand rubles 🙂 for some reason).
