Each of us knows that the strawberry season is very short, and the price category of this product changes every time. But still, there is a way to prolong the pleasure of such a delicacy for longer, namely by preparing a very original drink at home - strawberry liqueur.

The drink prepared according to this recipe has a very rich aroma of fresh strawberries, a rather pleasant soft taste, and a beautiful red color.

All we need for preparation is:

  • cognac or vodka, alcohol if desired - 1 liter;
  • fresh strawberries – 1 kilogram;
  • sugar – 1 kilogram;
  • lemon juice -30 grams;
  • clean water - 0.5 liters.

Cooking method step by step:

The first step is to very carefully sort out the strawberries themselves, remove the missing fruits and separate the tails and stems from the fruit itself. After which they need to be washed under running water, then each berry is divided in half into two even parts.

In the next stage, we transfer our strawberries into a clean separate container (jar, bottle), pour cognac, vodka or alcohol, adding lemon juice. Close the whole thing very tightly with a lid.

It is important to take into account the fact that the alcohol covers the berries by at least two centimeters.

After this time, it is necessary to strain our liqueur through a sieve and carefully filter several times through a triple layer of ordinary gauze.

Now we will need our unaccounted for ingredients, namely a kilogram of sugar and water. Mix them in a saucepan and put on the stove. You need to wait until the water boils, and then let it stand for about five minutes, removing the resulting foam with a slotted spoon. You must wait until the resulting syrup cools.

Mix water with strawberry infusion and pour the almost finished drink into empty bottles. We just have to wait a little longer.

For seven or eight days we leave our strawberry liqueur in a dark place where room temperature is maintained.

Recipe for strawberry liqueur XuXu (Xu Xu)

Strawberry liqueur Xu Xu from German trademark"Georg Hemmeter" has a very bright crimson color, which is achieved thanks to the dye, so you should not count on the identity at home. Also, homemade liqueur will have a richer taste and aroma.

For our recipe you will need the following ingredients:

  • vodka (can be replaced with any other alcohol) – 1 liter;
  • strawberries – 1 kilogram;
  • sugar – 1 kilogram;
  • clean, boiled water – 0.5 liters.

Cooking method:

We carefully sort the berries, rinse and clean off all excess. Then we cut it into four equal parts and put it in a regular three-liter jar.

Pour the selected alcohol to the very top and close our future drink with a lid. Then we leave it on the windowsill for about two weeks.

Periodically, you can open the container, thereby releasing the accumulated gas. After fourteen days, drain the tincture, carefully filtering through cheesecloth.

Bring the mixed water and sugar to a boil and cool to twenty degrees. Mix the liquids and after thorough stirring, distribute into bottles. After seven days of infusion in a dark room, everything is ready.

Quick recipe for making strawberry liqueur

The recipe for making liqueur given below is called fast because the cooking time takes about thirty minutes. And you can use it immediately after preparation.

We will need:

  • strawberries – 300 grams;
  • vodka – 200 milliliters;
  • sugar – 2 tablespoons.

Cooking method:

We wash the strawberries, after removing the tails. In a spacious container, blend it with a blender until smooth. Add granulated sugar and mix with our vodka, thoroughly mixing the resulting mass.

Strawberry puree will significantly reduce the strength of vodka and become viscous.

If the liqueur is too strong for your taste, you can dilute it with boiled water.

Pour the strawberry liqueur into a decanter and cool thoroughly. Serve with chocolate.

Bananovo - strawberry liqueur

In terms of its taste, this alcoholic drink is very similar to banana-strawberry juice. Has excellent color and aroma.

Ingredients:

  • strawberries - 350 grams;
  • banana – 2 pieces;
  • vodka – 0.5 liters;
  • sugar – 200 grams;
  • water – 200 milliliters.

Cooking method:

We clean the strawberries from all excess, after rinsing them. We cut the berries and bananas into circles, and then carefully place them layer by layer in a jar.   • schnapps – 0.5 liters;

Ingredients:
1. Condensed milk (preferably with cocoa) – 2 cans
2. Coca-Cola – 3 l
3. 96% alcohol – 0.7 l
4. Vanilla – 5 bags
5. Five-liter container (plastic can be used)

1. Wash the eggplant thoroughly. This is where you will mix the liqueur. To get the mixture right, you need to follow a certain sequence: pour all the condensed milk into a canister or eggplant, then three liters of Coca-Cola, alcohol and the last ingredient - vanilla.
2. The container with liqueur needs to be shaken thoroughly until the liquid acquires the same color and consistency. Now you can leave the liqueur alone for eight hours, at room temperature, so that it can infuse and acquire the desired taste. After this, shake the canister of liquid thoroughly again. 2. Mix grapefruit juice with vodka in any container with a lid. Stir, add strawberry puree and freshly squeezed lime juice. Screw on the lid, mix well and leave for a day at room temperature. Store homemade Ksyu-Ksyu liqueur for no longer than two weeks in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:
1. Alcohol – 2 l
2. Cinnamon stick – 15 g
3. Cloves – 50 pcs.
4. Cardamom – 4 g
5. Anise – 4 g
6. Black peppercorns – 20 pcs.
7. Lemon – 3 pcs.

1. Dilute alcohol with water in a ratio of 1/1, add a cinnamon stick, cloves, black peppercorns, anise and cardamom. Pour boiling water over the lemons, remove the zest and add it to the bottle with the alcohol infusion and spices. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for seven days.
2. After a week, prepare sugar syrup. Pour half a liter of water into a saucepan, add half a kilogram of sugar, put on fire and stir with a wooden spoon until the liquid boils. Remove the syrup from the heat, let cool completely and add to the tincture. Add water so that the volume of liquor is exactly five liters. Stir the liquid and leave for another three days.
3. Check the liqueur for aroma; if it is still weak, then let the homemade Becherovka brew for a few more days. If you are satisfied with the aroma of the liqueur, then take a fine sieve or cheesecloth and strain the drink. Store at room temperature until you drink it all, because homemade Becherovka does not spoil.

Strawberry liqueur compares favorably with many other fruit liqueurs. Its bright taste and aroma are what attract gourmets to it. The composition includes vodka and strawberry juice, and the naturalness of the components used can be judged by the strawberry seeds that come across. Champagne and pineapple juice

There are various ways to consume XuXu liqueur, but only some of them can be considered correct, that is, those in which the liqueur exhibits its best properties.

So, you can drink Xu Xu liqueur correctly like this:

  • Add liqueur product to white champagne in a ratio of 2 to 1 and stir with a cocktail spoon. If desired, decorate the dish with strawberries and throw a few pieces of ice inside.

So let's do that, but this time we won't make jam or freeze the berries. Let's prepare the aromatic sweet strawberry liqueur Xu Xu at home. This liqueur is easy to prepare, and its strength does not exceed 15%.
    We will need fresh or frozen berries, sugar and vodka. It will take no more than 2 weeks to prepare, although our active time will need a maximum of 30 minutes. Oh yes, the traditional German liqueur Xu Xu has a slight tartness from lime juice, but you can also use lemon juice at home. From 0.5 kg of berries and 0.5 liters of vodka we will get twice as much liqueur, so determine the amount of ingredients yourself; you may want to prepare more or less liqueur.

    By the way, the liqueur turns out to be very sweet and aromatic, so it is often used not only as a drink, but also poured over ice cream, added to baked goods or filling. It gives not only taste, but also a great aroma. And of course, if you are preparing desserts for children, then do not add it, even though it is relatively weak.

  • Fresh strawberries - 0.5 kg
  • Vodka - 0.5 l
  • Sugar - 250 g
  • Lemon - 1/2 pcs.
  • Water - 200 ml

Step-by-step preparation of homemade strawberry liqueur with photo:

Wash the strawberries well and let the water drain. We peel the berries from the stalks and put them in a liter jar.

Fill with vodka, add the juice of half a lemon, close with a lid and place on a sunny, warm windowsill for 7-10 days.

It is important that the strawberries are completely covered with vodka.


  • Drain the resulting strawberry infusion through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Pour it into a bottle with a lid and put it in the refrigerator. We won't need it for now.
    Do not squeeze the berries, let them remain wet.

    Place the strawberries back in the jar and add sugar. Close the lid and leave for another 2-3 days until the sugar is completely dissolved. From time to time you can gently shake the jar, but do not stir it with a spoon so that the berries remain intact.


  • And when the sugar has dissolved, pour the resulting syrup into the previously obtained strawberry infusion.

  • Add 200 ml of cold mineral or boiled water, shake a couple of times and strain again to completely drain the syrup.

  • Add the received sweet water into the strawberry infusion, seal the bottle with a lid and forget about our liqueur for another 3-5 days, so that the sediment falls to the bottom and the liqueur can be filtered.

    Now the strawberry liqueur will become lighter and more transparent.
